Interlogic Opens Australian Office, Bringing Two Decades of Warehouse Management and Materials Handling Innovation Across the Tasman

New Zealand's MultiPick® WMS specialist establishes a local presence to give Australian supply chains a right-sized, Tier 2 alternative to enterprise systems — pairing warehouse software with materials handling automation and genuine on-the-ground support.

We have opened our first Australian office, marking the company's formal entry into the Australian market after more than two decades serving supply chains across the Tasman. The move brings a locally-supported, Tier 2 WMS — built and proven in New Zealand since 2002 —within reach of Australian distributors, manufacturers and third-party logistics providers.

For Australian operators, the launch answers a persistent gap in the market: the space between costly, complex Tier 1 enterprise platforms and entry-level systems that quickly outgrow a growing warehouse. Interlogic's proposition is to deliver enterprise-grade capability at a mid-market fit — and to back it with people on the ground, not a support desk in another time zone.

For existing clients, Interlogic's expanded trans-Tasman network means the same trusted team on the ground as their operations grow across both markets.

Why this matters for Australian supply chains

Tier 2 WMS innovation. Australian warehouses are under pressure to lift accuracy and throughput without absorbing the cost and multi-year timelines of Tier 1 implementations. Interlogic's MultiPick® WMS is designed to be feature-rich yet fast to implement, giving mid-market operators the visibility and control usually reserved for the largest players.

One platform, multiple automation vendors. Interlogic designs complete logistics execution systems — combining WMS with advanced materials handlinge quipment (AMHE), rugged technologies, automation and robotics. Australian logistics organisations suddenly become more flexible to scale their WMS and automation requirements as the business grows.

Local support that stays. Establishing an Australian office puts that consult-to-go-live-and-beyond model on the ground locally, reducing thereliance on offshore vendors that has long frustrated Australian supply chain teams.
